This SuperUROP project will aim to implement a working version of a leakage resilient public key encryption scheme for embedded applications in which the private key will update on every iteration of the authentication protocol while the public key stays fixed to prevent side channel attacks. This platform will allow for effective authentication communication between embedded systems.
I am participating in the SuperUROP program because I am very interested in applying my microcontrollers knowledge (from 6.115) and mathematics background to a longer term research project and also gain a better understanding of cryptography. I hope to further my knowledge in crpytography programming and also learn about how to work on a successful research project.
